Just Beauty & Esthetics – Client Policies
Purpose
Our policies are designed to create a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients — whether you’re preparing for your wedding or enjoying personalized esthetic treatments. By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
1. Payment & Prepayment
All appointments, packages, and discounted bundles require 50% prepayment at booking to secure your appointment.
Remaining balances for standard services are due at the time of service (skincare/waxing) or three weeks prior (bridal/wedding services).
Discounted services or bundles are non-refundable and must be paid in full at booking.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment and acknowledgment of these policies are received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Skincare, waxing, and general esthetic appointments:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in loss of prepayment.
Bridal and event services:
Policies follow your bridal contract terms (non-refundable retainer, 30-day window, etc.).
Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather) may allow payment transfer to a rescheduled date at the Business’s discretion.
3. Late Arrivals
For skincare, waxing, or standard appointments, services may be shortened if the client arrives late, but no additional fees will be charged.
For bridal or event appointments, late arrivals may incur additional charges (see your bridal contract).
Arriving on time ensures your full scheduled service is completed.
4. Home-Based Business Disclosure
Just Beauty & Esthetics is a licensed, home-based esthetic studio in compliance with Colorado DORA regulations.
By booking, clients acknowledge and consent to receiving services in this setting.
5. Sanitation & Safety
All tools, brushes, and products are clean and sanitized before each service.
Disposable applicators are used when necessary.
Services may be refused or discontinued if sanitary conditions are not met or if a client shows signs of illness.
Only the Business’s products and tools are used; no sharing between clients without proper sanitation.
6. Liability & Informed Consent
Clients must disclose all relevant health information, including medications, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, and recent cosmetic procedures.
Clients acknowledge that esthetic services carry inherent risks (redness, irritation, sensitivity, minor reactions).
By booking, clients assume responsibility for adverse reactions and release the Business from liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Bridal & Special Occasion Services
Bridal clients receive 25% off select skincare services, which must be paid in full at booking.
Destination Events, Holiday Services, or mileage may incur additional fees.
Bridal schedules require timing and cooperation for multiple services.
