Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my wedding makeup?

Because I limit the number of weddings I take per day to provide the highest level of care and attention, dates often book quickly. I recommend reserving your wedding date 9–12 months in advance, particularly for peak wedding season (spring through fall). Your date is considered officially booked once a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are received.

What is required to officially secure my wedding date?

To reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. This ensures your date is exclusively held for you and removed from availability. The remaining balance is due closer to the wedding day, allowing for a smooth and stress-free planning process.

Do you offer on-location bridal makeup?

Yes. I specialize in on-location bridal makeup services, so you can enjoy a relaxed, seamless getting-ready experience wherever you choose — whether that’s your home, hotel, or venue. Travel fees are based on distance, time, and logistics, and are always included transparently in your custom quote.

Do you offer airbrush makeup?

I do not typically offer airbrush makeup. Through years of professional experience, I’ve found that traditional professional makeup provides a more natural, skin-like finish that wears beautifully throughout the day and photographs exceptionally well. This approach allows for flexibility, touch-ups, and comfort without the heavy or dry feeling airbrush can sometimes create.

How long will my makeup last on the wedding day?

With intentional skin preparation and high-quality professional products, your makeup is designed to last 12+ hours. My technique focuses on longevity while maintaining a soft, radiant finish that looks just as beautiful in person as it does in photos.

Do you provide makeup for bridesmaids and family members?

Yes. Makeup services are available for bridesmaids, mothers, and additional guests. I carefully build a wedding-day timeline to ensure everyone is ready on time while keeping the experience calm and enjoyable. Minimum booking requirements may apply depending on date and location.

Is a bridal trial required?

Bridal trials are not required but are strongly recommended. Trials allow us to collaborate in a relaxed setting, fine-tune your desired look, address any skin concerns, and ensure you feel confident and comfortable before the wedding day. Trials are scheduled after your date is officially booked.

What if my bridal party size changes?

I understand that details may change during the planning process. Final headcounts can be adjusted within a designated timeframe prior to the wedding. Clear deadlines are provided to ensure scheduling, staffing, and timing remain seamless.

What happens if someone is late on the wedding day?

A detailed, personalized timeline is created in advance to keep the day running smoothly. If someone arrives late, services may need to be shortened or skipped to maintain the schedule. Protecting the bride’s timeline is always the top priority.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

All retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Full cancellation and rescheduling policies are clearly outlined in the service contract to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
